Lise DuBois M.S. BCBA


Lise received her M.S. degree in Child Development from San Diego State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and works primarily with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). She has been working with children who have developmental disabilities for over 10 years. Her passion for these children has also led her abroad organizing trainings and workshops for special educators in the developing world.

Shanti Poston M.A.


Shanti received her M.A. degree in Education from National University. She is working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and has primarily worked with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her passion for this field began around 11 years ago while working for a local school district. Shanti has spent time being a special education instructional assistant.

Angela Green M.Ed BCBA


Angela is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with children in various childcare & educational settings for the past 12 years. For the last 5 years, Angela has worked primarily with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder in the field of ABA. She received her M.Ed. with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders and Special Education from California University of Pennsylvania. She is also a mother to 3 wonderful children.

Tram Pham


Tram has been working in the field of ABA for nearly 4 years. She holds a B.A. in Kineseology with an emphasis in Health Science from California State University at San Marcos. Tram is fluent in American Sign Language. In her free time, Tram loves beach days with her 9 year old daugher and s’mores night around a fire pit.

Tyler Clark


Tyler is currently attending Ball State University pursuing his MA in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder and is working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). He has several years of experience with children as a preschool teacher. Tyler holds a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University and enjoys going to Palomar Mountain with his wife and 2 year old daughter.

Celina

Celina Santana


Originally from Tijuana, Celina has worked with kids on the Autism spectrum for over 8 years as both a classroom aide and behavioral therapist. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a passion for helping people, traveling and experiencing new cultures. Celina's dream is to one day live in Costa Rica (she's been there 4 times!).

Liza Antonio


Originally from Guatemala, Liza was raised in the U.S. and attended California State University Chico graduating with a B.A. in Sociology. Liza is a certified domestic violence counselor and is bilingual in English & Spanish. Her goal is to be able to serve her community while continuing to develop and improve her training and skills.

Dyllon

Dyllon Mack


Dyllon graduated from Graceland University in Iowa with a degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. He has over 2 years of ABA experience and is currently working towards his M.A. in Applied Behavioral Analysis. Dyllon enjoys working with children and helping them build their social and motor skills.

Alex DuBois


Alex holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara and the University of Leipzig in Germany respectively. His professional experience encompasses work across nearly every continent in business operations and management. Alex is currently pursuing his MBA at UCSD and manages the day-to-day operations of Reach Therapy.

Elaine Leibl


Elaine has been involved in special education for over 25 years. She started out as a Special Education Teacher, working with students who fall in the range of Severely Handicapped. She was the Assistant Director of Special Education for La Cañada Unified School District for 10 years. Her B.A degree was competed at Cal State Los Angeles in Child Development. Elaine holds a teaching credential in both multiple subjects and Special Education with an emphasis on Severely Handicapped.
